Questions about the call

Is the strategy call really free?

Yes. The 30-minute call is free and there is no obligation. If a project makes sense, we send a written proposal with a fixed price afterward.

How do I join the call?

Every booking gets its own Google Meet link, sent in your confirmation email and calendar invitation. You can join from a browser or the Google Meet app; no account is needed.

Which time zone are the times in?

The calendar detects your time zone automatically and shows every available time in your local time. You can change the time zone on the booking page if needed.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Your confirmation email has links to reschedule or cancel at any time before the call.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. It helps to know which tasks take up the most time each week and which tools you use today, such as your CRM, calendar or help desk.
